Albany is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. This place had the best burger I think that I have had in at least a square mile of where I live. It was so good and cheesy. It also had a homemade air to it. Mainly because that's exactly where I felt I was: in someone's home. I will definitely have to go back.

Small but like home atmosphere. Sharon, owner & our server has many hats to fill but worth the time. We had delicious and enormous portions of Burgers, sandwiches, Lobster with fries or chips & salad. Sundays they have a limited menu. Might want to call. I highly recommend Cat's Meow. Had a great time tonight with Friends!

Stopped in for dinner/drinks. Sharon was alone, doing everything herself. Amazing, friendly lady. Food was excellent and drinks were great. First time there. Was a bit skeptical at first but will definitely return. Don’t know why the negative reviews. The place isn’t a Michelin 5-star but the food, drink and prices are great.

Wow! Fantastic food all around! One of the best fish fries that I have ever had. This is home cooking at its best. The atmosphere is very comfy and laid back. A diamond in the rough. We will be back soon!

The exterior of this building was enough to make me want to leave, but I told myself I would give it a chance. I am trying to support locally owned businesses, but this one is just not a place I can support. The dining area was not clean or comfortable. The food was of poor quality and the kitchen, which you can see into from the dining area, was not clean. Unless they do something to update and clean this restaurant, it is not a good option. Between the carpeted walls, cat figurines, and very dated/worn furniture, it is just not a restaurant worth patronizing.
